When will my order be fulfilled?
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be prepared. Your package will then be shipped out which can take anywhere between 3-14 days depending on the postal service.
When will my package arrive?
Based on USPS delivery dates, please expect anywhere from 3-14 days depending on your location for the arrival of your package.
Are your fabrics eco friendly?
Yes! Our high quality, luxurious Italian fabrics are made from recycled material collected from the ocean as well as tested and certified non toxic dyes.
How does expedited shipping work?
When using our express shipping method, we will expedite your order and package and ship the next business day IF the order is placed before 12pm. Orders will be sent to USPS for 2 day shipping. Please message us for overnight shipment options, we will try our best to accommodate to your needs.
Can I make changes to my order once its placed?
Once the order is placed, it is unlikely that we will be able to make changes. In the event that you need to change any sizes or shipping details, please contact us via email at Hello@Solstice-Swim.com or on Instagram @Solstice.Swim.
What is the Solstice Swim Journey?
Solstice Swim ensures the highest standard for ethical practices throughout your swimsuits journey. We partnered with the ECONYL® Company that works to clean the ocean by collecting 17.4 Million pounds of plastic bottles and fishing nets that are transformed into high quality Italian fabric. The fabrics are then dyed with non toxic colorings that are approved by the GOT, Global Organic Textile Standard to protect our planet for future generations.
Can I return my package?
We gladly accept returns in the original condition on unworn garments with original hygiene liner attached and tags. Return requests must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment excluding $10.00 for shipping fees. Sale Items that are non - refundable and will not be accepted. My package says delivered but I have not received.
In the unfortunate event that this occurs to your order, please contact USPS to double check before contacting us. We recommend filing a claim through the shipping carrier for a refund as well as informing us so we can take better steps with our postal providers. At this time, we cannot assume responsibility for a missing package, although we will try our best to guide you in the right direction.
